Terms and Conditions of Participation: Bosch PRO Deals “Q1 2026 LDM + Detection” Promotion
By participating in the Bosch PRO Deals “Q1 2026 LDM + Detection” Promotion (the “Promotion”), you accept these Terms and Conditions of Participation (these “Terms”).
1. Sponsor
The Promotion is sponsored by Robert Bosch Tool Corporation, 1800 W. Central Rd., Mount Prospect, IL 60056 (“Bosch,” “Sponsor,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
2. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins 12:00 a.m. Central Time (“CT”) on February 1, 2026 and ends 11:59 p.m. CT on April 30, 2026 (“Promotion Period”). Purchases outside the Promotion Period, or claims submitted after the deadline set forth in Section 5 (Claims) below, are ineligible.
3. Eligibility
The Promotion is open to individuals who, as of the date of their Qualifying Purchase (as defined below), are (a) legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, (b) the greater of eighteen (18) years old or have reached the age of majority in the jurisdiction where the individual resides. Employees of Sponsor or its dealers/distributors, and their respective immediate family members (parents, children, siblings, or spouse, regardless of where they live) or persons living in the same household (whether related or not) and their respective affiliates are not eligible to participate.
The Promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
4. Qualifying Purchase
Purchase (a) one (1) new Bosch® BLAZE™ Green-Beam 165 Ft. Laser Measure (GLM165-25G) or one (1) new Bosch® BLAZE™ 165 Ft. Laser Measure (GLM165-22) or one (1) new Bosch® BLAZE™ Connected Green-Beam 165 Ft. Laser Measure with (1) 3.7V Lithium-Ion 1.0 Ah Battery (GLM165-27CGL) (each, a “Laser Measure Qualifying Product”), OR (b) one (1) new Bosch® 12V Max Wall/Floor Scanner with Radar (D-TECT200C) (a “Detection Qualifying Product”), OR (c) one (1) new Bosch® 12V Max Connected Thermal Camera (GTC400C) (“Thermal Camera Product A”), OR (d) one (1) new Bosch® 12V Max Connected Thermal Camera (GTC600C) (“Thermal Camera Product B”), OR (e) one (1) new Bosch® 12V Max Connected 11.5 Ft. Handheld Inspection Camera (GIC5-27C) (an “Inspection Product”) (each Laser Measure Qualifying Product, Detection Qualifying Product, Thermal Camera Product A, Thermal Camera Product B, and Inspection Product, may individually be referred to as a “Qualifying Product”) from a participating authorized U.S. Bosch distributor as listed in Appendix A to these Terms (“Participating Distributor”) during the Promotion Period (each, a “Qualifying Purchase”).
5. Claim
1. Create or log in to your PRO360 account via (a) the PRO360 mobile app or website, or (b) the PRO Deals web landing page https://www.boschtools.com/us/en/pro360/prodeal/. Terms and conditions apply to your PRO360 account – you can review the PRO360 terms and conditions at https://www.boschtools.com/us/en/pro360/terms/.
2. Within the claim flow, scan or manually enter the Qualifying Purchase’s serial/SKU, purchase date, and price.
3. Upload a legible invoice or receipt showing retailer, product, price, and date.
4. Confirm your U.S shipping address (U.S. street addresses only; P.O. boxes are not permitted) and submit.
5. Deadline: All claims must be submitted no later than May 15, 2026 (11:59 p.m. CT). Claims are subject to verification and Sponsor approval. Sponsor will review each claim for compliance with these Terms and may, in its reasonable discretion and without liability, decline or disqualify any claim or participant that Sponsor determines:
- does not strictly satisfy these Terms (including eligibility, purchase, or documentation requirements);
- is incomplete, illegible, altered, damaged, late, or submitted through automated means;
- involves a Qualifying Product that has been returned, refunded, exchanged, resold, or is not in new, first-quality condition;
- reflects conduct that Sponsor, in good faith, believes is fraudulent, abusive, or intended to circumvent the stated limits of this Promotion; or
- otherwise cannot be fulfilled due to Reward Item (as defined below) unavailability, force-majeure events, or any other circumstance that makes fulfillment impracticable.
Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to claim eligibility, interpretation of these Terms, and reward fulfillment. Nothing in this Section limits any rights you may have under applicable law.
6. Reward Item; Limits
All Reward Items (as defined below) are available while supplies last.
For each approved claim for the Qualifying Purchase of a Laser Measure Qualifying Product, participant will receive one (1) Bosch® GBA37V10 3.7V Lithium-Ion 1.0 Ah Battery (a “Laser Measure Reward Item”).
For each approved claim for the Qualifying Purchase of a Detection Qualifying Product, participant will be entitled to choose one (1) from the following list of reward items: (1) GLM165-27CGL BLAZE™ Connected Green-Beam 165 Ft. Laser Measure with (1) 3.7V Lithium-Ion 1.0 Ah Battery, (1) GBA12V30 12V Max Lithium-Ion Battery (3.0 Ah) (each, a “Detection Reward Item”).
For each approved claim for the Qualifying Purchase of a Thermal Camera Product A, participant will be entitled to choose one (1) from the following list of reward items: (1) GOP12V-28N 12V Max Starlock® Oscillating (Bare Tool), (1) JS120N 12V Max Barrel-Grip Jig Saw (Bare Tool), (1) GSB12V-300N 12V Max Brushless Hammer Drill (Bare Tool), (1) PS42N 12V Max Brushless Impact Driver (Bare Tool), (1) PS60N 12V Max Pocket Reciprocating Saw (Bare Tool), (1) PS82N 12V Max Brushless 3/8" Impact Wrench (Bare Tool), (1) FL12 12V Max LED Worklight 330 Lumens (Bare Tool), (1) GBA12V30 12V Max Lithium-Ion Battery (3.0 Ah) (each, a “Thermal Camera Product A Reward Item”).
For each approved claim for the Qualifying Purchase of Thermal Camera Product B, participant will be entitled to choose one (1) from the following list of reward items: (1) GDX18V-285B12 18V Two-In-One 1/4 In. and 1/2 In. Bit/Socket Impact Driver/Wrench with (1) BAT612 18V Lithium-Ion 2 Ah Standard Battery, (1) GOP18V-34B12 18V Brushless Starlock® Oscillating Kit w/ (1) 2 Ah Standard Power Battery, (1) GPB18V-5CN 18V Power Box Jobsite Radio (Bare Tool), (1) GIC4-23C 12V Inspection Camera , (1) GSA18V-110B14 18V PROFACTOR Brushless Reciprocating Saw w/ (1) 8.0 Ah CORE Performance Battery (each, a “Thermal Camera Product B Reward Item”).
For each approved claim for the Qualifying Purchase of Inspection Product, participant will be entitled to choose one (1) from the following list of reward items: (1) GOP12V-28N 12V Max Starlock® Oscillating (Bare Tool), (1) JS120N 12V Max Barrel-Grip Jig Saw (Bare Tool), (1) GSB12V-300N 12V Max Brushless Hammer Drill (Bare Tool), (1) PS42N 12V Max Brushless Impact Driver (Bare Tool), (1) PS60N 12V Max Pocket Reciprocating Saw (Bare Tool), (1) PS82N 12V Max Brushless 3/8" Impact Wrench (Bare Tool), (1) FL12 12V Max LED Worklight 330 Lumens (Bare Tool), (1) GBA12V30 12V Max Lithium-Ion Battery (3.0 Ah) (each, an “Inspection Product Reward Item”, and each Laser Measure Reward Item, Detection Reward Item, Thermal Camera Product A Reward Item, Thermal Camera Product B Reward Item, and Inspection Product Reward Item may individually be referred to as a “Reward Item”).
No substitutions or cash value are available, except that Sponsor may, it its sole discretion, substitute an item of equal or greater value if the Reward Item is unavailable.
Claim limits. Subject to verification and Sponsor approval, the maximum number of claims that may be submitted and approved under this Promotion is:
Five (5) claims per PRO360 “Company-type Account,” and
Two (2) claims per PRO360 “Individual-type Account”.
The terms “Company-type Account” and “Individual-type Account” have the meanings given in Section 4 of the PRO360 Terms and Conditions of Use available at https://www.boschtools.com/us/en/pro360/terms/.
One claim per Qualifying Purchase. Each claim must relate to a separate Qualifying Product supported by a sales receipt or invoice; duplicate documentation will be rejected.
Aggregation of related accounts. To enforce the limits above, Sponsor may, in its reasonable discretion, aggregate claims across multiple PRO360 accounts that it determines, in good faith, are operated by or on behalf of the same person, business entity, or commonly controlled group (including, without limitation, accounts sharing substantially the same ownership, mailing address, e-mail domain, tax identification number, or payment method).
Excess claims. Claims received in excess of the applicable cap—or otherwise in violation of these Terms—will be declined or disqualified and shall not be honored, even if an automated system initially sends an acknowledgment of receipt.
Resale prohibited. Resale or distribution of any Reward Item received through this Promotion is not permitted.
Sponsor’s determinations regarding account status, claim count, and application of these limits are final and binding, subject to any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law.
7. Verification, Fraud
Bosch may require proof of identity, purchase, and compliance with these Terms. Automated, robotic, or bulk submissions, use of multiple identities, fraudulent conduct or any violation of these Terms will result in disqualification and may be reported to law enforcement. This offer may not be combined with other Bosch promotions or discounts on the same purchase.
8. Shipping & Delivery
Subject to the limitations set forth in these Terms, Bosch (or its fulfillment agent) will ship Reward Items within approximately 6–8 weeks after claim approval to U.S. street addresses only; P.O. boxes are not permitted. Bosch pays standard shipping and handling. No pick‑up or cash alternative.
9. Returns & Exchanges
If the Qualifying Product purchased for a Qualifying Purchase is returned for a refund or charge‑back, participant must return the Reward Item or reimburse Bosch for its value. Bosch may enforce this obligation.
10. Taxes
All federal, state, and local taxes (if any) associated with acceptance or use of a Reward Item are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
11. Privacy
Bosch will process personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, available at https://www.boschtools.com/us/en/pro360/privacy-policy/.
12. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
EXCEPT FOR (A) ANY EXPRESS WRITTEN LIMITED WARRANTY THAT ACCOMPANIES THE REWARD ITEM AT RETAIL AND (B) ANY WARRANTY EXPRESSLY SET FORTH IN THESE TERMS, SPONSOR MAKES NO OTHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, IN CONNECTION WITH THE PROMOTION, THE PRO360 APP/WEBSITE, OR THE REWARD ITEMS, ALL OF WHICH ARE OTHERWISE PROVIDED “AS IS,” “WITH ALL FAULTS,” AND “AS AVAILABLE”.
IN NO EVENT SHALL SPONSOR OR ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF USE, OR LOSS OF DATA), WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STATUTE, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. SPONSOR’S AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS PROMOTION SHALL NOT EXCEED THE ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET COST TO ACQUIRE THE QUALIFYING PRODUCT OR TEN U.S. DOLLARS (US $10.00), WHICHEVER IS GREATER. THESE LIMITATIONS DO NOT APPLY TO THE EXTENT LIABILITY IS CAUSED BY SPONSOR’S (A) GROSS NEGLIGENCE, (B) WILLFUL MISCONDUCT, OR (C) PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE RESULTING FROM A DEFECT IN THE REWARD ITEM, WHERE SUCH LIMITATIONS ARE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. ACCORDINGLY, SOME OF THE ABOVE DISCLAIMERS, LIMITATIONS, OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. CHECK YOUR LOCAL LAWS FOR ANY RESTRICTIONS OR LIMITATIONS REGARDING SUCH LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS.
THE DISCLAIMERS, EXCLUSIONS, AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY SET FORTH ABOVE SHALL APPLY EVEN IF ANY REMEDY FAILS OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.
13. General Conditions
Sponsor may, in its sole discretion and at any time, for any reason or no reason, modify, suspend, or terminate this Promotion (or any part of it), including without limitation, modifying the Promotion Period, the Reward Item, eligibility criteria, claim procedures, or these Terms. Whenever you participate in the Promotion, the Terms available at that time of your Qualifying Purchase (as evidenced by your proof of purchase) will apply. Therefore, in your own interest, please always check the Terms before participating. Any provision of the Terms found invalid shall be severable without affecting the validity of the remainder.
14. Governing Law & Venue
These Terms shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, notwithstanding any conflict-of-law provisions that would require application of another choice of law. By participating in the Promotion, you hereby consent to exclusive jurisdiction in the state or federal courts of Michigan, with venue in the County of Oakland for state court and the Eastern District of Michigan for federal court, for resolving any and all disputes arising out of or relating to the Promotion, the Terms or any aspect of the relationship between you and Sponsor.
