Brad Straggs writes, “Several manufacturers make different styles of extensions on the market today, each with their own design, strengths and weaknesses. For less than $10, the Bosch Daredevil extension seems to be a good value for the money and has a solid design. I’ve used the quick-connect version made by Irwin and had a couple of issues with stability of the bit – nothing that was insurmountable, however. While it was a quicker install than the Bosch, it didn’t feel as solid as the Daredevil in use.”
