  • Step 1. Enter your contact information.
  • Step 2. Enter your tool information including serial number and describe problem or service request. You can add up to 5 tools per request (some limitations apply). For cordless tools, please make sure to include your ProVantage Number (if available).
  • Important: Tool categories like Measuring & Layout and Fastening Nailers & Compressors cannot be combined with other tool categories and need to be submitted in separate requests.
  • Then select the type of service you are requesting. All warranty requests need to include a copy of your dated purchased receipt and they are subject to approval, if denied you will be contacted with service options, and return freight will be your responsibility.
  • Step 3. Select your radius and click search to find and select your preferred repair location. Also indicate if you will drop off your tool or if you will send your tools via UPS and the number of boxes you will use to pack them. Note: Warranty requests will generate an inbound and return label for each box.
  • Step 4. Indicate if you want us to return your repaired tool or if you want to pick it up yourself.
  • Step 5. Review your E-Repair form and submit.
  • Once you click submit, a confirmation page will be displayed for you to print and include with each of your tools. This will include links to download your UPS shipping labels, your confirmation number and summarized details of what you submitted on your request.
  • A copy of this request will be e-mailed to you and the chosen repair location you’ve chosen to prepare for the arrival of your tool.
Please fill out the form, complete all steps and include with your tool sent in for service and/or repair.

Note: For warranty consideration, please include a copy of your dated purchase receipt.
