Powerful Cordless Saw
I've used several other cordless circular saw brands and I must say that the Bosch has impressed me most. Wet lumber and long rips are no problem. I have ripped 2x4 lumber in 8ft. lengths with no problem. I commonly use this saw with the Bosch jigsaw guide rails as a track saw with excellent results. I've had this saw since 2008 and only recently did one of them wear out. The other battery is still going strong. Battery life is excellent and I can make many crosscuts in dimensional lumber and break down sheet goods most of the day. If it had a dust chute it would be the perfect circular saw for in the shop along with the Bosch jigsaw guide rail. It makes for a very convenient and accurate track saw set up.
