We understand how important it is for you to minimize downtime and to get back on the job. The Bosch E-Repair Network will provide you a faster way to submit your tool information and specify your repair request. With a few clicks you will have a Prepaid UPS shipping label in your hands to send your tool for repair from any UPS store location to a Bosch Authorized Service Center near you.

Follow the easy steps below and with our widespread network of service partners and repairs centers nationwide, your Power Tool and Measuring Tool willl be repaired quickly by factory-trained technicians using genuine Bosch service parts.


 Now you can review the status of your repair!,  just click "Go To Repair Status" button, enter your E-repair confirmation number  and get a real time update of your tool repair. This only applies for E-repairs sent to Bosch Service Centers. 


1. Fill out the E-Repair form.

2. Print your completed E-Repair form and include it with your packaged tool.

3. Print your Prepaid UPS shipping label and affix to the box. If Warranty consideration is selected, an additional prepaid UPS shipping label will be generated for you to include in the box with your tool and to be used by the repair location selected. If warranty is approved, your repaired tool will be shipped free of charge, else freight will be your responsibility.

4. Drop–off the box at a regular UPS drop-box, or authorized drop stations such as UPS Stores.
