Smooth and quiet I recently read a favorable report in one of my wood working magazines and thought I'd buy the sander and give it a try. Wow, nice unit. The larger 6 inch sanding disc is a real treat when working larger wood parts. And, it is much quieter with less vibration than my smaller 5 inch random orbital sander that I have used for years. The new Bosch unit is well worth the money. By the way, the dust collection "tube" on the sander collects virtually all the sanding dust without having to connect your shop vac to the sander. Amazing dust collection design. July 7, 2012
