The lightest, smartest and toughest drill I have ever used....
I am in the security business so I do so much drilling on a daily basis my expectations were high to begin with and this drill has excelled at everything. Concrete, it laughs as its pushing the bit in. Wood, like a hot knife thru butter. The batteries, wow, finally, a battery that lasts as long as promised. I was also impressed with the location of the LED light you can actually see the screw, unlike others that cast a shadow over it. The handle is comfortable and the drill well balanced. It packs a punch for something so small and light...very well done Bosch team!!!

The Drill I have been looking for!!
I was looking for a drill that could use to remodel my whole lower level. Everything from anchoring walls to the concrete floor, framing walls, hanging drywall to hanging a mirror. I first purchased a different brand of hammer/driver drill and started on my project to which the drill failed big time, I could barley finish drilling one hole into my concrete floor to fasten the wall. That night I researched many websites and came across this Bosch hammer drill. i returned the other drill, crossed my fingers and bought the Bosch HDS181-02. I took it home and started drilling my holes in the concrete and the drill has exceeded all my expectations. I have been drilling holes all day in the concrete floor and the drill hasn't skipped a beat. Plus, the weight and comfort of this drill makes my hand and arms happy. This drill has totally made my day and my project much easier. Thanks Bosch!!

Durable, Dependable & Powerful
I was looking for a quality 1/2" hammer drill and decided on this model. This drill has the power and torque to complete any task I throw at it, weather it's working with concrete, steel or wood. It also came with 2 batteries that hold a charge quite a long time!. This drill is tough as well, I've dropped it a few times off ladders and haven't had any problems. I am glad I chose this drill over the competitor's products.

Unbeatable
Bosch makes the best tools in the world! That says it all. this drill is my 5th bosch drill. I use this one for my toughest jobs.It is unbeatable. I've tryed them all. None other add up. And being a contractor that counts. I am a costumer for life !
