Not what I expected.
I bought this because I have used Bosch Batt. drills that the company bought and was very pleased with them. I used it for a few days without any problem, then i tried to put an auger bit through an untreated 2x4 and smoke came out the back end. Called Bosch and they sent me a new one; no questions asked. Received the new one and it did the same thing. I still believe that Bosch makes top quality tools. Just not this one, at least for me. Will not keep me from buying Bosch in the future. Customer service was top notch.

This driver can sink a screw into anything!
I run this driver for hours nonstop putting 3/8" diameter self tapping screws into steel beams. It never even gets hot. Great tool, great value!

I know I'm starting to sound like a broken record, but...
This thing is ridiculous. 600 lb-in of torque. The first time I used it, I was putting 3 1/2 inch Deckmate screws into some studs, and I thought the bit had lost the screw, because the drill lunged forward. The screw was halfway in before I could blink.
I had the Milwaukee M18 for a month before trading it in for this. I had issues with their batteries, which kept overheating and cutting power to the drill (both on this one and their hammer drill). I went through two sets of batteries very quickly.
When I talked to the Bosch rep, he showed me their battery packs, which have a profiled bottom and extra vents to keep the battery cool. The charger also senses if the battery is warm when you go to recharge, and if it is, it will trickle charge until the battery cools down to extend its useful life.
I'm very happy that Bosch has added the gauge to show how much life is left on the battery. Very nice. I'm officially a fan boy.

AWESOME TOOL!!!!
I bought this tool over a year ago and use it everyday at work!! I do garage door work. I have only had to send it in to get fixed once! The warranty is awesome, I called and they told me were to take it and they fixed it no charge and that was after a year of use!!!! I have run other brands and none have lasted more then a couple of months before needing repair!!!!!! I HIGHLY recommend this product!! I am in process of changing all of my cordless to Bosch to make an awesome tool!!!!
