awesome little tool
This is the first impact driver I have ever owned. I have tried using a power drill with screwdriver bits, which works OK, but this is so much better it is well worth the money. I bought it as part of a kit, with the DDB180 drill. Having both makes everything so easy. I drill the pilot holes and then pick up the impact driver and put in the screws, no changing bits, no fighting with extension cords. I used it to put together an IKEA bookshelf - the little wrenches that IKEA provides for their big bolts are useless. The impact driver put the lag bolts in beautifully and easily, albeit with a little noise. It is very compact and light. I got a set of Bosch assorted screwdriver bits with it, in a nice little box, and am having a great time on more projects around the house. Ran all week on the initial battery charge and still going strong. The bag that came with the kit is beautiful and the right size, but has no compartments. I am going to sew in some partitions to keep things organized. Love these tools.
